Todd Monken will be the next Cleveland Browns head coach, AP source says
A person with knowledge of the decisions says the Cleveland Browns are naming Todd Monken as their head coach. Monken has been Baltimore’s offensive coordinator for the past three seasons. He first interviewed on January 10 and had a second interview on January 20. The Browns fired Kevin Stefanski on January 5 after six seasons. Stefanski, who was hired by Atlanta on Saturday, led the Browns to the playoffs in 2020 and 2023. Monken previously served as the Browns’ offensive coordinator in 2019. He also worked with the University of Georgia, Jacksonville and Tampa Bay.
