Robert MacIntyre has faced two of golf’s most memorable shots this year. On Sunday, Scottie Scheffler’s 82-foot chip at the BMW Championship helped seal a two-stroke win over MacIntyre. That’s after J.J. Spaun’s long putt at the U.S. Open sealed a victory there over MacIntyre. MacIntyre started strong with a first-round 62 this week at Caves Valley, but he faltered with a final round of 73. His four-shot lead vanished within five holes due to three bogeys.
