SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Food lovers, community supporters, and agriculture enthusiasts are invited to join the 2026 Stockyards Soiree, an annual fundraiser that promotes and encourages connections between rural and urban people and communities.
The annual fundraiser is produced by the Stockyards Ag Experience and is set for February 12, 2026. “The Stockyards Soiree is an opportunity to connect with local producers, community leaders, and fellow supporters of agriculture,” said Abby Bischoff, Executive Director of Stockyards Ag Experience.
“Whether you’ve supported Stockyards Ag Experience for years or are simply looking to enjoy an amazing meal with locally-sourced ingredients, this evening is about celebrating agriculture and the people behind it while helping us continue our mission.”
The evening will feature a farm-to-table dinner and desserts prepared by Vanguard Hospitality using locally sourced ingredients. Guests can expect menu highlights such as Smoked Pork Shoulder Slider, Lamb Lavash Wrap, Slow-Smoked Top Blade, Lemon Thyme Roasted Vegetables, Brown Sugar & Sea Salt Hand Pie and more.
In addition to the meal, guests will have the opportunity to bid on exclusive auction items, meet local farmers and ranchers who provided the ingredients, and connect with others passionate about agriculture. Funds raised will support the ongoing development of Woster Plaza, educational programming, and community partnerships.
The 2026 Stockyard Soiree will get underway at 5:30p.m. (CT) on February 12, 2026 at The Meadow Barn at Country Orchards in Harrisburg, S.D. See more on Facebook
