During a candid and often hilarious interview, Steve-O revealed he scheduled two full days off after his performance just so he could fly in his girlfriend and visit Mount Rushmore. “I’m super stoked,” he said. “We’re going to see Mount Rushmore, and I get to bring this badass show to Rapid City.”
Steve-O shared that comedian Chris Harvey will open the show, calling him “absolutely hilarious” and a crowd favorite. The new tour features all-new stories and never-before-seen footage filmed exclusively for the live performance. He described the creative process as pushing limits in ways similar to his Jackass days, often involving dangerous stunts, zero insurance, and “no rules.”
“My show is awesome,” he said. “Every show gets better than the one before, and this one goes even further.” Steve-O also teased that he has already begun filming material for his next project, though his first stunt resulted in a knee injury that ballooned “like a basketball.” You can see the photos on his Instagram page.
The Roadhouse crew encouraged him to explore more of the Black Hills, including Crazy Horse and local favorites like Alpine Inn and Sugar Shack. Steve-O laughed as the team joked about how many South Dakota landmarks sound like strip clubs.
He also expressed interest in someday experiencing the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, which Brandon Jones described as “a bunch of wild people just living life to the fullest,” complete with bikes, tattoos, music, and unforgettable characters.
Before signing off, Steve-O promised Rapid City fans an unforgettable night. “If you’re a fan of the Jackass movies, you’re going to absolutely love my Crash and Burn show,” he said. “I’m having a blast with this tour, and I can’t wait for Sunday.” Purchase your tickets at themonument.live
