RAPID CITY, S.D. – The Rapid City Police Department and the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office continue the search for warrant subject Jeremy Taylor.
Following up on new information received in the ongoing investigation, law enforcement believes Taylor may have secured transportation to Rapid City in the afternoon hours of February 3rd. Taylor has not yet been located, however, additional resources from the U.S. Marshals service are now aiding in the search efforts.
As a result, the U.S. Marshals Service has committed an additional $2,500 in reward money for information that leads to Taylor’s apprehension. With the $2,000 reward already issued by the RCPD and PCSO via the Community Reward Fund, the combined total in reward money is now $4,500 to anyone who provides information that helps law enforcement locate and apprehend Taylor.
The public should call 911 if Taylor is encountered. Anyone with any non-emergent information about his whereabouts should contact PCSO Investigations at 605-394-6115. An anonymous text can also be submitted by texting the letters ‘RCPD’ and the information to 847411.
