RAPID CITY, S.D. — Former Circuit Judge Robert Gusinsky was officially sworn in as a South Dakota Supreme Court justice during a weekend investiture ceremony at the Pennington County Courthouse, attended by Larry Rhoden. Rhoden said it was an honor to participate in the ceremony and described Gusinsky as bringing decades of legal experience and a strong respect for the rule of law, adding that as his first appointment to the state’s high court, Gusinsky will serve South Dakotans with fairness and integrity.
