Box Elder Job Corps Announces Immediate Enrollment Openings Available

NEMO, SD – Box Elder Job Corps is actively enrolling new students seeking skilled trades training in the nation’s leading industries.

Box Elder Job Corps offers openings and free career training in the nation’s leading industries for 16-through 24-year-olds from low-income households. Job Corps provides hands-on career skills, training, on-campus housing, meals, healthcare, and job search assistance. Box Elder Job Corps offers skilled trades training in Carpentry, Culinary Arts, Electrical, Facilities Maintenance, Forestry, Conservation, Firefighting, Painting, and Welding.

Applicants may qualify if they receive benefits such as SNAP, TANF or free/reduced school lunch, if they are experiencing homelessness or are a foster youth. Job Corps offers expedited enrollment for age-eligible young adults experiencing homelessness.
